Agreement on Tourist Visa Exemption. Signed in Bangkok in 2003, it is force and it means nationals of both countries do not require visas to visit the other country for tourism.
Agreement on Tourism Cooperation. This agreement, in force since 2004, seeks to promote cooperation in this area to increase tourist flow between both countries. In this respect, the parties committed themselves to facilitate and promote tourism by simplifying procedures and promoting the exchange of experts and expertise in this area.
Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the field of Higher Education. In force since 2004.
Cultural Agreement (Bangkok, 2005). This agreement seeks to promote cooperation in the arts and cultural sphere of the two countries, furthering mutual knowledge. The agreement establishes that both governments must provide and facilitate activities to disseminate the cultural and artistic heritage of their respective countries.
