Agricultural Office
The main objective of the Chilean Agricultural Office in India -concurrent in Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka-, is to support and facilitate the process of Chile's transformation into an agri-food and forestry power, in order to increase the presence of national products in international markets.
The main specific functions of this Office are:
- Support the process of opening markets, acting as a link with the authority in the country of destination.
- Anticipate and solve sanitary and administrative problems that hinder the export process.
- To investigate issues of technological innovation, liaising with public and private sector actors.
